What you will do

• Support and administer macOS, Linux (Ubuntu), and Windows environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, system, and software issues
• Manage users and permissions in Google Workspace, Atlassian, and other platforms
• Handle IT equipment logistics, including sourcing, inventory, and delivery coordination
• Maintain internal lab environments and network infrastructure
• Assist with basic scripting tasks and automation initiatives

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, systems, and applications across macOS, Linux, or Windows
• Experience configuring laptops and reinstalling operating systems
• Experience managing users in Google Workspace or Atlassian
• Basic scripting knowledge or strong interest in Bash, PowerShell, or Python
• English: Intermediate level (B1+) required

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SaaS systems and cloud services
• Previous experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration
