What you will do

• Supervise and control intricate networks and applications in a multi-vendor environment.
• Perform batch operations in accordance with established service agreements.
• Analyze and resolve first-level technical issues across various systems and route them as appropriate.
• Develop and improve support system management processes tailored to customer requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest level of service delivery.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in Level 1 Support covering Linux/Windows OS, Kubernetes, Docker, and databases (MongoDB, CosmosDB, SQL Server).
• Experience with Azure cloud platform.
• Basic programming skills in Bash, Shell Scripting, and PowerShell.
• Proficiency with tools including Jira, Jenkins, Bamboo, GIT, and Bitbucket.
• Familiarity with Java, .NET, Ruby, and Python (YAML).
• Must be based in Lima, Peru.
