What you will do
- Optimize CRM settings including user permissions, workflows, custom objects, reports, and dashboards.
- Administer virtual phone systems, AI solutions, APIs, and third-party tool integrations.
- Analyze system and team performance data to provide operational insights and improve productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and implement technical solutions.
- Provide troubleshooting, user support, training, and maintain comprehensive system documentation.
Requirements
- Strong experience in CRM administration, including custom architecture and system optimization.
- Knowledge of virtual phone systems, AI tools, APIs, and third-party platform integrations.
- Advanced skills in formulas, data validation, and reporting.
- Ability to analyze business needs and implement cross-functional operational workflows.
- English: B2+ (Upper-Intermediate/Advanced) required.
Nice to have
- Experience configuring platforms such as Salesforce, Intercom, Freshdesk, or self-hosted CRM systems.
- Previous experience with CRM systems in the trading or iGaming industry.
