Analytics Engineer (Gamedev)

What you will do

• Take ownership of end-to-end data projects, from problem definition to deployment and monitoring
• Analyze player behavior to understand game performance, progression, monetization, and engagement drivers
• Define KPIs with business stakeholders and implement them robustly in data models
• Design and optimize data models and datasets for analytical and business needs
• Ensure data quality and consistency, validating assumptions and identifying issues
• Leverage AI tools to enhance data workflows and contribute to the data roadmap

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in advanced analytics roles
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
• Solid experience with data modeling and large-scale datasets
• Strong understanding of statistics, A/B testing, and experimental design
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably GCP), data pipelines, ETL processes, orchestration tools, and dbt
• Analytical mindset with autonomy to drive initiatives end-to-end in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in the mobile gaming industry
• Exposure to growth, UA, or product analytics contexts
