Java Developer (iGaming)

What you will do

• Design and develop Java and Spring Boot backend services, APIs, and admin tools.
• Build and evolve scalable microservices for configuration, users and roles, content administration, audit, reporting, and workflow automation.
• Deploy and operate cloud-native services on Kubernetes using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Implement REST and event-driven service communication, including WebSockets or SSE where required.
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL and MongoDB persistence, including schemas, migrations, indexes, and performance.
• Maintain security, testing, observability, troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration with product, QA, DevOps/SRE, and operations teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Professional backend development experience with Java and Spring Boot/Spring.
• Strong knowledge of microservices, API design, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of backend security, authentication and authorization, OWASP-style risks, and data protection.
• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, debugging, release practices, and collaborative software development.
