What you will do

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the TW Bus Tracker App and other media initiatives.
• Lead the integration of emerging AI capabilities to enhance utility features, personalized UX, and recommendation systems.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation and UI/UX wireframing to A/B testing and post-launch optimization.
• Utilize generative AI tools to synthesize customer feedback and accelerate the definition of product priorities and MVPs.
• Drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through growth-hacking frameworks and ad model optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and researchers in a global matrix environment.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Product Management for consumer-facing digital products across web and apps.
• 3+ years of specialized expertise in Mobile App PM, focusing on growth hacking and retention tactics.
• Must be legally authorized to work and reside in Taiwan.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Deep understanding of LBS (Location-Based Services) utility applications is highly preferred.
• Strong passion for and knowledge of AI-driven products and the Agentic development process.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
