What you will do

• Receive, log, triage, and resolve Level 1/2 incidents in assigned SAP module (MM, FI, or SD).
• Perform functional analysis on processes like purchasing, accounting, or sales orders to identify root causes.
• Route and escalate complex incidents to specialized teams with complete documentation.
• Coordinate with end users, Service Desk, and SAP teams for timely resolutions and SLA adherence.
• Support testing, releases, stabilization, and contribute to knowledge base and reports.
• Identify improvements in incident handling and AMS operations.

Requirements

• Spanish: 100% fluent required
• Functional experience in one SAP module: MM (purchasing/logistics), FI (accounting), or SD (sales/billing)
• 3-5 years in SAP functional support, AMS model, dispatcher/Level 1 roles
• Hands-on with SAP ECC/S/4HANA transactions, ticket tools (ServiceNow/Remedy/Jira), ITIL
• Bachelor’s in systems engineering, CS, administration, accounting or related
• Availability for maintenance windows and multidisciplinary collaboration

• SAP certification in MM/FI/SD
