SAP Sr IBP Analyst (SAP IBP)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for application support in the region.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform initial analysis, and escalate complex cases.
• Maintain SLAs and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Support testing during releases, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and development teams to validate solutions.
• Provide regional insights on user needs, adoption, and training gaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 6–10 years of total SAP experience, with 5+ years of hands-on SAP IBP experience.
• Strong expertise in SAP IBP modules, specifically Demand, Supply, and Inventory.
• Proficiency in integrating IBP with ECC/S4HANA via CPI-DS, SDI, or CI-DS.
• Ability to configure planning areas, key figures, attributes, time profiles, and master data.
• Willingness to work in Queretaro, Mexico and flexibility to align with client time zones.

Nice to have

• SAP IBP Certification.
• Exposure to SAP APO, SNP, BW, or other legacy planning tools.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or CPG domains.
• Knowledge of data modeling and analytics within IBP.
