What you will do

• Lead discovery sessions to gather business, functional, and technical requirements for enterprise IAM.
• Design and architect scalable and secure identity solutions using the Okta platform.
• Define Statements of Work (SOW), solution scope, and overall delivery approach.
• Develop IAM strategies, standards, and governance frameworks across client organizations.
• Collaborate with Sales and Professional Services teams to support pre-sales and solutioning activities.
• Guide delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and conduct ongoing architecture reviews.

Requirements

• Mandatory: Okta Certified Architect or Okta Consultant Certification.
• 8+ years of experience in IT, solution architecture, or software development.
• 4+ years of specialized experience in IAM architecture and design.
• 5+ years of consulting experience working directly with enterprise customers.
• Deep knowledge of SSO, MFA, RBAC, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, and Active Directory.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Nice to have

• Experience with other IAM tools such as Ping, SailPoint, Saviynt, or Microsoft Identity.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust principles, cryptography, and security architecture.
• Programming experience in Java, Python, .NET, or Ruby.
• Certifications such as TOGAF or CISSP.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and version control systems like Git.
