DevOps Engineer (Infrastructure & Deployment)

What you will do

• Own the infrastructure deployment lifecycle from design and provisioning to configuration and operations.
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform modules and Ansible roles.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure validation and deployment workflows.
• Administer and troubleshoot Linux systems and Windows Server environments, including HA/failover clusters.
• Operate and tune high-availability services including Redis, RabbitMQ, and Nginx.
• Build and support monitoring and alerting systems using VictoriaMetrics and Prometheus.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Strong practical experience with Terraform and Ansible.
• Confident administration of both Linux and Windows Server (including Windows clustering technologies).
• Experience with monitoring tools such as VictoriaMetrics or Prometheus.
• Must be based in Portugal.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Experience with ELK/EFK or Loki/Grafana observability stacks.
• Knowledge of VOIP protocols (SIP, FreeSwitch) and F5 load balancing (LTM, GTM).
• Experience tuning HA MS SQL Server environments and virtualization platforms like VMWare or HyperV.
