Software Engineer (AI)

We’re looking for a highly autonomous Software Engineer to help build and scale an AI
coworker platform deeply integrated with Slack, Microsoft Teams, and thousands of external
tools.

This is a high-ownership role inside a fast-moving startup environment where engineers ship directly to production and work closely with the founders.

🔍 What you'll work on:
• Building AI agent runtimes and orchestration systems
• Developing integrations with SaaS platforms and APIs
• Managing infrastructure and scaling high-volume systems
• Shipping features directly to users in Slack and Teams
• Working across backend, frontend, infrastructure, and AI tooling

✅ Requirements:
• Strong experience with TypeScript, React, and Python
• Systems thinking and strong technical decision-making
• Ability to work across different technologies and layers
• Genuine interest in AI and agentic systems
•Startup mindset with high ownership and autonomy

⭐ Nice to have:
• Experience with Slack/Teams integrations
•AI tooling or automation products
•Infrastructure scaling experience
•Public GitHub/open-source work
