TL;DR
Senior Full Stack Engineer (Fintech, Crypto): Owning end-to-end delivery of technically complex features for a fully licensed crypto trading platform with an accent on architectural design, performance, reliability, and engineering quality. Focus on leveraging AI-assisted development tools, mentoring team members, and proactively discovering new technologies.
Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote work) in Kraków, Poland
Salary: 20 000 PLN (starting compensation)

What you will do
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex features, ensuring performance, reliability, and quality.
- Lead architectural design implementations, translating vision into production-ready code.
- Discover and champion new technologies and engineering practices.
- Remedy technical knowledge gaps and improve engineering standards within the team.
- Mentor team members and share expertise across all aspects of software engineering.
- Work with engineering managers to drive technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record of delivering complex technical solutions.
- Deep expertise in your core technology stack.
- Battle-tested experience building and operating high-performance, mission-critical systems.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop other engineers.
- Solid understanding of backend architecture: distributed systems, microservices, event-driven architectures, and API design.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong English-language communication skills and ability to work effectively in globally distributed, cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation.
