What you will do

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents by collecting logs, traces, and replicating issues.
• Communicate investigation progress to clients and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
• Utilize support tools and processes to meet KPI targets, including SLA, QA, and resolution rates.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to report bugs and contribute to product enhancements.
• Provide scheduled weekend coverage as part of an on-call rotation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant technical experience.
• Mandatory experience working with SaaS platforms.
• Proficiency in relational database concepts and SQL scripting.
• Experience troubleshooting web-based applications and client-server architecture.
• English proficiency level B2 or higher.
• Ability to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
