Integration Specialist (Workforce Management)

What you will do

• Translate complex integration requirements into technical solutions for WFM and Payroll ecosystems.
• Build and support interfaces for HR master data, time results, and scheduling data exchange.
• Implement secure integration patterns using APIs, files, and middleware (CPI, MuleSoft, Boomi).
• Develop reconciliation and control reports to ensure end-to-end completeness and accuracy.
• Support SIT/UAT and payroll validation cycles, including defect triaging across systems.
• Produce integration design documentation, mappings, runbooks, and operational handover materials.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on development experience in HR, Payroll, and Time ecosystems (e.g., Kronos/UKG, SAP, Workday, Dayforce).
• Deep understanding of payroll, HRIS, time and attendance, and scheduling data.
• Strong proficiency in integration tooling (CPI, MuleSoft, Boomi) and data formats (JSON, XML, CSV).
• Experience with secure authentication, authorization, and operational logging.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in London (2 days on-site).

Nice to have

• Understanding of payroll processing cycles and time valuation outputs (premiums, overtime, allowances).
