What you will do

• Build and evolve frontend experiences for creating and analyzing email campaigns using React.
• Design and scale backend systems for high-volume sending, including queue management and event processing.
• Own deliverability systems such as bounce classification, suppression management, and IP reputation monitoring.
• Partner with deliverability experts to automate reputation scoring and warm-up schedules.
• Monitor channel health through inbox placement signals and ESP feedback.
• Utilize AI agents to scope and implement multi-file code changes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building scalable distributed systems in Go or similar statically typed languages.
• Experience developing product-facing frontend features in React with high UX polish.
• Proficiency with cloud-native environments (AWS, GCP) and relational databases (MySQL).
• Deep understanding of email authentication standards (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and deliverability concepts.
• Experience with observability tooling and high-throughput async APIs.
• Must be based in the Americas.
