What you will do

• Serve as a strategist and thought leader for key clients, advising on technology strategy, workflow optimization, and operational models.
• Architect live audio systems, production workflows, control rooms, and transmission ecosystems, including IP and hybrid models.
• Partner with senior stakeholders (CTOs, Heads of Engineering) to identify business challenges and deliver actionable roadmaps.
• Own the production of client deliverables and project artifacts to ensure alignment with engagement objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales and Business Development to qualify opportunities, shape solutions, and author proposal narratives.
• Mentor cross-functional teams of engineers and project leaders to elevate technical standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA (compensation ranges reflect US geographic markets).
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, design, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in venue technologies, including audio systems, infrastructure, and content distribution.
• Deep expertise in sports venue audio or video production projects.
• Proven track record of advising C-level executives and leading enterprise-scale digital signage programs.
• Strong financial acumen with experience drafting scopes of work (SOW) and managing budgets.
