What you will do

• Lead live training sessions, workshops, and Q&A for non-technical business audiences as an Instructor.
• Create course content including lessons, assessments, case studies, and projects as an Author.
• Shape curriculum strategy, define topics, review content, and provide expert insights as a Subject Matter Expert.
• Develop practical materials like prompt libraries, workflow templates, and reference guides.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and curriculum team to align and improve content.
• Incorporate learner feedback and monitor AI trends for program updates.

Requirements

• Availability within European time zones and 10-15 hours per week.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); Russian or Spanish is a plus.
• For SME: 6+ years with business leaders on AI adoption, digital transformation, governance.
• For Author: 3-6 years implementing AI tools in business (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Zapier).
• For Instructor: 1-3 years hands-on AI in business functions like sales or marketing.
• Strong communication to explain AI without jargon to non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Background in corporate training, consulting, or coaching.
• Experience with build vs. buy decisions and change management.
