What you will do

• Lead technical development and architectural decisions involving Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI.
• Design and implement greenfield AI projects and proof-of-concepts using Python.
• Architect end-to-end systems utilizing Generative AI, Statistics, and Machine Learning.
• Manage the product roadmap and translate complex technical problems into holistic AI solutions, including UX/UI.
• Optimize model and pipeline performance through MLOps, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.
• Establish data governance and security standards to ensure ethical and compliant AI use.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 5+ years of product development experience, with at least 3 years in software, data science, or machine learning.
• 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity, automotive, energy, or healthcare industries.
• Strong programming skills in Python, including libraries such as Pandas, PySpark, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Langchain, and Langsmith.
• Experience with ML services in Cloud Platforms, specifically GCP.
• Degree in Engineering or Computer Science.

Nice to have

• Experience working in both large enterprises (100k+ employees) and small companies.
• Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile processes and certification frameworks like ISO, APQP, or IATF 16949.
• Advanced degree in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
