What you will do

• Build and maintain scalable backend services for a growing user ecosystem.
• Design and implement software solutions balancing performance and maintainability.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders on product goals and platform strategy.
• Deploy and monitor applications using AWS cloud technologies like EKS and Lambda.
• Participate in code reviews and uphold engineering best practices.
• Contribute to frontend and mobile-responsive features as needed.
• Improve developer experience through tooling and automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in startup or scale-up environments.
• Strong backend expertise with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Solid proficiency in React for frontend development.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
• Deep knowledge of software design, data structures, and architecture.
• Hands-on with scalable production apps for 100k+ users, AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
• Advanced English communication skills and Agile experience.
• Strong analytical skills for distributed systems.
