Location: Hybrid: Must be based in London, UK (minimum 2 days on-site per week)

What you will do

• Determine the creative and technical approach for compositing in collaboration with VFX supervisors and show leadership.
• Provide local leadership to ensure collaboration and maintain crew morale throughout the project.
• Manage the impact of creative decisions on the show's schedule and budget to ensure timely delivery.
• Delegate creative and technical tasks to artists to meet production goals.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful, and cooperative dynamic within the compositing department.

Requirements

• Supervision experience across at least 6+ projects.
• Strong knowledge of matte extraction, painting, roto, color tools, and 2.5D programs.
• Working knowledge of LiNUX and shell scripting.
• Experience with color pipeline related tasks.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work from the London office at least 2 days per week.
