What you will do

• Deliver production excellence from initial pitch through to final delivery.
• Execute sales strategies and develop long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Manage project schedules efficiently using Ceta or similar industry-standard software.
• Pitch and bid on projects and execute high-end creative treatments.
• Deliver projects on time and within the allocated budget.
• Nurture and develop junior members of the production team.

Requirements

• Prior experience in production at a Senior level specifically within Advertising VFX.
• Must be based in London.
• Solid understanding of the VFX pipeline and delivery requirements.
• Experience managing large teams and projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CETA or other industry-standard production software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
