TL;DR

Media Coordinator (Broadcasting): Managing long and short form content processing across linear, VOD, and OTT platforms with an accent on material coordination and broadcast system deadlines. Focus on overseeing the end-to-end content pipeline from studios to delivery on hirify.global Q, hirify.global Glass, and other platforms.

Location: Hybrid (London). Must have the right to work in the UK; hirify.global does not offer sponsorship for this position.

What you will do

  • Handle the delivery of flagship Entertainment, Cinema, and Sport content.
  • Coordinate on-time delivery of linear and on-demand content in collaboration with Planning, Scheduling, and Playout teams.
  • Build and maintain internal and external relationships with various clients, studios, and distributors.
  • Provide first-line support for the MAM system to over 3000 production staff members.
  • Represent the department in major projects to ensure a customer-centric approach to all deliverables.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service and client-focus mindset.
  • Clear and concise communication skills for interacting with colleagues and customers.
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize a daily workload.
  • Ability to work a shift pattern, including weekends and night shifts.
  • Appropriate right to work in the UK.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience with media management or working within a broadcast media environment.
