What you will do

• Collaborate with Lighting artists to provide compositing solutions for animated movie sequences.
• Develop looks, tools, and gizmos to meet the goals of Art Directors and the Compositing workflow.
• Handle complex compositing shots and maintain clean, documented sequence templates.
• Define strategies and workflows for render layer structures in coordination with backend departments.
• Perform Quality Control on final images to ensure they meet all project goals.
• Provide technical guidance and support to fellow artists to foster professional growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in VFX or animation industries, with at least 4 years specifically in digital compositing.
• Advanced technical proficiency in Nuke.
• Deep understanding of lighting rendering passes, AOVs, and Deep Compositing workflows.
• Proven experience setting up compositing workflows for production.
• Strong artistic eye for color, lighting, and image analysis.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Madrid, Spain.

Nice to have

• Python scripting skills.
• Knowledge of Houdini and Solaris.
• High level of English and Spanish proficiency.
