What you will do

• Develop and produce content related to FIBA competitions, including promotional videos, event coverage, long-form content, and social media reels.
• Act as final Quality Control on all content.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and promotes FIBA competitions effectively.
• Lead and manage the editorial team, providing guidance, support, and feedback.
• Support Senior Producer in producing and developing detailed content plans for each competition.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a sports producer in broadcast and digital content creation.
• Excellent editorial judgement and international basketball knowledge.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Confident manner with the ability to lead a team.
• Able to define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and clients.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and innovative content concepts.
