What you will do

• Set up and maintain product data and promotional pricing within the internal systems.
• Produce weekly performance reports and communicate findings to suppliers.
• Coordinate deliveries and chase suppliers for new line forms, images, and shipping dates.
• Support stock level management and store allocations to maximize sales and availability.
• Manage the Purchase Order (PO) orderbook and process Goods Received Notes.
• Handle store queries regarding stock, testers, and new product launches.

Requirements

• Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of organization.
• Effective communication skills for internal and external stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of the fragrance market and retail/buying principles.
• Ability to multitask and work both independently and collaboratively.
