TL;DR

Location: Hybrid work environment with offices in Toronto or Saskatoon, Canada

Compensation: CAD $80,000 - $115,000

A Series C VC-backed SaaS company providing scheduling and payroll solutions for over 55,000 restaurants to simplify team management.

What you will do

  • Implement and ship mobile features end-to-end, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and web developers.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by sharing technical and process insights across embedded feature teams.
  • Maintain app stability by resolving bugs and performing regular maintenance to ensure a smooth user experience.
  • Develop and expand a library of reusable components in coordination with the design system and mobile DX teams.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Swift and SwiftUI to build product requirements independently and end-to-end.
  • Ability to articulate the technical reasoning behind decisions to facilitate team alignment.
  • Experience integrating AI tools into repeatable workflows to increase output and speed.
  • Strong practice in testing and observability to catch performance issues before they impact users.
  • Location: Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Toronto or Saskatoon, Canada.

Nice to have

  • Experience working within the restaurant technology domain.
  • Knowledge of Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP), Kotlin, or Android development.
  • Experience contributing to and utilizing UI design systems.
  • Experience with RESTful API design.
