What you will do

• Develop, customize, and maintain native iOS applications built on the Backbase Digital Banking Platform.
• Extend and integrate Backbase mobile components to meet specific client requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and scalable banking solutions.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, testing, and release planning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to maintain high application performance.
• Translate business requirements from clients and stakeholders into technical solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional iOS development experience.
• Strong proficiency with Swift and UIKit.
• Hands-on experience extending and customizing the Backbase Digital Banking Platform.
• Experience delivering digital banking solutions for banks or credit unions.
• Strong understanding of MVVM, Clean Architecture, and reactive programming (Combine/RxSwift).
• Must be based in the Americas.

Nice to have

• Experience with Backbase Mobile SDKs, Widgets, and Customer Experience Platform (CXP).
• Experience supporting white-label banking applications.
• Experience with Bitrise, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Experience mentoring developers and technical leadership.
