What you will do

• Lead, manage, and develop teams of 150-300 associates and team leaders during shifts.
• Drive operational performance, resolve issues, and meet site objectives and KPIs.
• Analyze shift performance and implement continuous improvement actions.
• Communicate policies, ensure compliance, and handle corrective actions.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Health & Safety, and Security teams.
• Support safety programs, maintain secure environment, and uphold quality standards.
• Design site-wide initiatives and lead process improvements using Lean tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
• Over 5 years in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Proven managerial experience with sizable teams and strong motivation skills.
• Problem-solving, analytical skills, and experience with performance metrics.
• Excellent verbal and written business-level English proficiency.
• Strong people and stakeholder management background.

Nice to have

• Completed Bachelor’s degree from accredited university.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen.
• Background in logistical environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
