What you will do

• Handle daily Order Management and Transport Management tasks including documentation, following quality standards.
• Respond promptly to internal and external customer inquiries, providing clear support.
• Contribute to process improvements, optimization, and participate in efficiency projects.
• Maintain compliance, support audits, and escalate risks to management.
• Provide backup support, share knowledge, and collaborate across teams and locations.
• Build and maintain customer relationships, demonstrating company values.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in customer service or Order Management
• 2+ years SAP module knowledge; good Excel, Word, Outlook
• German: B2-C1; English: C1
• University degree in Business, Economics, Logistics or relevant field
• Customer-centric approach, mature communication, compliance focus
• Team player, problem-solving role model
