What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end road and sea shipments across EU and non-EU destinations for timely and compliant delivery.
• Prepare and process shipping documents using SAP and external platforms.
• Monitor shipment status, track performance, and ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
• Collaborate with customs team and generate export declarations as needed.
• Manage logistics inbox, process invoices, and escalate incidents like damaged goods.

Requirements

• Based in Warsaw, Poland for hybrid work
• Degree or certification in Supply Chain, Transport & Logistics, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of Dangerous Goods Regulations (ADR) and customs.
• Proficiency in SAP S4 and MS Office (Excel).
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
