What you will do

• Execute field and remote missions to support dealerships and repair centers across Europe, reducing vehicle downtime.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical incidents using OEM tools like wiTECH POD and DiagBOX VCI.
• Analyze single-vehicle and fleet-wide issues, providing containment actions and repair methods.
• Produce technical reports, incident summaries, and action plans for stakeholders.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, deliver training, and contribute to knowledge bases.
• Manage mission logistics, ensure safe practices, and maintain case records.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive technical support, diagnostics, dealership workshops, field service, or OEM assistance.
• Hands-on resolving complex electrical/electronic faults and drivability issues with OEM diagnostic platforms.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and supporting multiple sites or markets.
• Prior exposure to technical documentation, case reporting, and technician coaching/training.
• European field support experience and multi-brand familiarity are a plus.
