What you will do
- Collaborate with engineers and artists to enhance and streamline asset production workflows.
- Develop and maintain tools for asset management within the engine.
- Create new shaders and update existing ones using UE Materials, HLSL, or GLSL.
- Optimize assets, shaders, and pipelines according to specific hardware requirements.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and perform bug fixing.
- Prepare detailed documentation for internal pipelines and tools.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience as a Technical Artist in the gamedev industry.
- Strong proficiency in Unreal Engine 5.
- Excellent understanding of Blueprints and Editor Utility Widgets.
- Basic knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, C#, or C++).
- Experience in writing shaders and producing art tools.
- English: Intermediate level or higher required
