What you will do

• Create high-fidelity 3D models of environment assets with believable wear, grime, and material history.
• Ensure assets align with project look and feel, focusing on silhouettes and period-correct design.
• Import and set up assets in Unreal Engine, including materials, scale, and orientation.
• Manage optimization: LODs, collision geometry, polygon counts, and texture budgets.
• Collaborate with Art Leads, participate in critiques, and iterate based on feedback.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a 3D Props Artist in games industry, contributed to at least one published AAA title
• Portfolio showing "lived-in" props with wear, grime, and material history
• Solid Unreal Engine workflow: asset importing, material assignment, mesh validation
• Excellent understanding of form, shape, structure; disciplined poly counts and texture budgets
• Proficiency in clean UV layouts and efficient LOD chains
• Strong English communication and writing skills; self-motivated team player
