What you will do

• Review and verify client identification documents per KYC and AML regulations.
• Oversee end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring accurate forms and timely account activation.
• Collaborate with compliance team to identify, escalate risks and inconsistencies in documentation.
• Input and update client information in CRM and internal systems, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
• Generate reports on onboarding progress, issues, and compliance concerns.
• Maintain organized documentation of client communications and activities for audits.

Requirements

• Professional experience in financial institution (e.g., banking; fintech is a plus).
• English B2+
• Attention to detail and multitasking ability.
