Back Office Shift Leader

Back Office Shift Leader (FX): Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and external transfers with an accent on supervising team operations, resolving payment issues with PSPs and banks, and escalating fraud or disruptions. Focus on investigating discrepancies, maintaining compliance with internal policies, and preparing monthly reports.

What you will do

• Supervise real-time processing of deposits, withdrawals, and external transfers while providing hands-on team support.
• Communicate with PSPs and banking partners to resolve operational issues and payment discrepancies.
• Investigate complex payment issues and follow up with providers until resolution.
• Identify and escalate suspicious activity or fraud patterns to Risk and Compliance.
• Notify technical team of payment provider disruptions and report issues to Back Office Manager.
• Prepare and assist with monthly reports on back office operations.

Requirements

• University or College Degree in any related field.
• 2+ years experience; FX industry experience advantageous.
• Ability to work on shift rotation.
• Fluency in English.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and process-driven approach.
