What you will do

  • Lead and evolve the end-to-end Management Review framework across global and site-level operations.
  • Translate complex QMS data into strategic recommendations and executive insights for senior leadership.
  • Ensure governance structures align with ICH Q10 requirements and proactive risk management.
  • Analyze leading and lagging quality indicators to anticipate risks impacting patient safety and supply continuity.
  • Act as a global Subject Matter Expert (SME) during inspections, audits, and health authority interactions.
  • Strengthen the maturity of Management Review practices using industry benchmarks and internal learnings.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
  • Deep expertise in Pharmaceutical Quality Systems (QMS), quality governance, and GMP-regulated environments.
  • Fluency in French is mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering, or Quality Management.
  • Proven experience leading Management Review processes and working with senior stakeholders.
