What you will do

  • Analyze quality deviations to identify root causes, clusters, and trends.
  • Lead deviation and CAPA management to ensure robust investigations and preventive measures.
  • Collaborate with topic leaders to define and implement process improvements and change management.
  • Monitor action plans and use data analysis to track residual risks and performance indicators.
  • Ensure strict compliance with cGMP standards across production facilities and documentation.
  • Support Operational Excellence and transformation initiatives related to quality.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in a GMP environment (QA, QC, or Manufacturing).
  • Proven expertise in deviation and CAPA management.
  • Dutch fluency is mandatory.
  • Experience in Operational Excellence and Transformation Management.
  • Strong analytical mindset and professional data analysis skills.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional, regulated international environment.
