What you will do

• Lead delivery of automated testing across multiple concurrent initiatives
• Develop, configure, and maintain scalable and robust automation frameworks
• Collaborate with engineers, product, and delivery teams to align testing with user stories and risks
• Drive continuous improvement by exploring and applying new automation tools and techniques
• Produce clear reporting on test progress, coverage, and outcomes
• Coach and mentor colleagues to build automation testing capability

Requirements

• Hybrid work in Hove, UK required
• Experience leading or delivering test automation in complex environments
• Knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, Protractor or similar
• Experience with CI tools like Jenkins and version control like GitHub
• Understanding of BDD, TDD, and modern testing approaches
• Experience in Agile/Scrum teams with strong analytical and communication skills
