What you will do

• Deliver high-quality performance testing services across complex systems and applications to ensure stability and scalability.
• Design and execute various performance tests, including load, stress, regression, and scalability tests.
• Build and maintain robust performance testing frameworks and scripts.
• Manage full end-to-end testing cycles (SIT, UAT, Sprint testing) within an Agile/Scrum framework.
• Collaborate with distributed teams and third-party vendors to align on testing goals.
• Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve system bottlenecks.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in performance testing, including simulation, analysis, and execution.
• Must be based in London, UK.
• Strong background in Financial Services environments.
• Expertise in performance testing tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java, Python, or Shell.
• Experience with Git, Bitbucket, and Jenkins for automation and CI/CD pipelines.
