What you will do

• Lead outsourced prop production including vendor selection, briefing, quality control, and workflow improvements
• Translate manufacturer catalogs into standardized, high-quality 3D prop libraries
• Define and enforce standards for modeling, UVs, materials, naming, LODs, and optimization
• Create photo-realistic 3D props and materials meeting artistic and technical needs
• Build pipelines for asset ingestion, review, iteration, and deployment into web platform and Unreal Engine
• Partner with visualization, engineering, and product teams for seamless integration
• Identify automation and AI-assisted opportunities to boost production velocity

Requirements

• 5+ years in game development or real-time production managing outsourced art at scale
• Expert in Unreal Engine Editor
• Professional experience with Maya, Zbrush, Adobe Photoshop, Substance Painter/Designer
• Proven leadership in complex asset initiatives with strong ownership
• Track record building scalable asset pipelines and standards
• Experience with automation or AI-enhanced production tools
• Exceptional attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
• Passion for architecture, interior design, real-world materials, and construction
