Senior 3D Vegetation Artist (Gamedev): Develop, maintain, and create real-time vegetation game assets like trees, bushes, grass through full 3D pipeline including modeling, sculpting, texturing, retopology, UV in Unreal Engine 5 with an accent on biome sets and technical integration. Focus on analyzing references, ensuring gameplay constraints, mentoring juniors, and sharing best practices.

What you will do
- Develop sets of plants for different biomes using full 3D pipeline in Unreal Engine 5
- Analyze, plan, collect references, and work according to concepts and guidelines
- Integrate assets considering technical and gameplay constraints
- Obtain guidance from Lead Artists and mentor Junior 3D Artists
- Refine artistic skills and learn new tools
- Contribute to team environment and share best practices
Requirements
- Experience in vegetation modeling in game industry
- Strong 3D modeling skills (3ds Max, Maya, Blender, ZBrush, SpeedTree, Houdini)
- Strong texture creation skills (Photoshop, Substance Designer, Substance Painter)
- Good understanding of modern game development pipelines
- Teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Creative, collaborative, innovative mindset
