3+ years of experience
Strong hands-on experience with pure Asterisk
Experience building and supporting fintech VoIP systems
Solid understanding of SIP, RTP, NAT, QoS
Experience working with SIP trunks
Configuration of IVR, Queues, skill-based routing, overflow, fallback
Experience with call recording and CDR / CEL
Linux administration (RHEL/Debian), production server support
Experience capturing and analyzing network dumps; proficiency with Wireshark, Sngrep, Homer
Strong troubleshooting and log analysis skills
Experience configuring Iptables and Fail2Ban
Experience integrating Asterisk with CRM systems, billing platforms, and APIs
SQL knowledge, experience with ODBC drivers
Scripting skills in Bash and Python
Experience with AMI / ARI integrations with backend systems
PHP experience will be a plus
Responsibilities:
Support and development of the fintech service telephony platform
Ensuring stable operation of the telephony infrastructure
Configuration and maintenance of:
– IVR
– automated dialing services
– operator queues
– call routing based on business logic
Integration of Asterisk with internal systems (CRM, backend, billing)
Ensuring high availability and minimal downtime
Monitoring call quality metrics, SLA, ASR, ACD
Troubleshooting call quality and latency issues
Load optimization and system scaling
Upgrading and modernizing the existing VoIP infrastructure
Documentation of call flows, routing схемes, and integrations
Collaboration with backend, support, and security teams
