Required skills:
- 3+ years of experience
- Deep practical experience working with pure Asterisk
- Experience building and supporting fintech VoIP systems
- Strong understanding of SIP, RTP, NAT, QoS
- Experience working with SIP trunks
- Setting up IVR, queues (Queues), skill-based routing, overflow, fallback
- Experience recording calls and working with CDR / CEL
- Linux (RHEL / Debian), working with servers in production
- Experience in recording and parsing dumps, ability to work with Wireshark, Sngrep, Homer
- Troubleshooting training, log parsing.
- Experience in configuring Iptables, Fail2Ban.
- Experience integrating Asterisk with CRM, billing, API
- Skills working with SQL, ODBC drivers.
- Ability to write scripts in Bash, Python.
- Experience with AMI / ARI (integration with backend systems)
- Experience with PHP will be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Support and development of the fintech service telephone platform
- Ensuring stable operation of the telephony complex
- Setting up and supporting:
- IVR
- automatic dialing services
- operator queues
- call routing depending on business logic
- Asterisk integration with internal systems (CRM, backend, billing)
- Ensuring fault tolerance and minimal downtime
- Monitoring call quality, SLA, ASR, ACD
- Analysis and elimination of communication and delay problems
- Optimization of system load and scaling
- Updating and upgrading the existing VoIP infrastructure
- Documentation of call flow, routing schemes and integrations
