What you will do

  • Manage relationships with all facility-related suppliers, including cleaning, security, and maintenance contractors.
  • Implement and monitor health and safety protocols to ensure full regulatory compliance.
  • Take hands-on ownership of daily office cleanliness, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Oversee procurement of facility supplies and equipment while maintaining optimal stock levels.
  • Manage office layout and space planning to accommodate team growth.
  • Supervise building security systems, access control, and the professional visitor experience.

Requirements

  • MBO4+ degree in Facility Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Facility Manager or similar role within a dynamic organization.
  • Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations (e.g., BHV).
  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
  • Valid Dutch driver’s license.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
