What you will do

• Assist with answering inquiries and managing bookings for commercial partnerships via phone and email.
• Develop customer accounts to drive business and increase market share for the property.
• Prepare and maintain accurate meeting and event function sheets for the banqueting department.
• Host meetings in collaboration with stakeholders and the banqueting team.
• Maintain an effective follow-up system to secure repeat business and provide after-sales service.
• Support the finance team with invoicing and payment processes.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university program within the EU.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (verbal and written).
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Sales-driven mindset with a focus on cross-selling and upselling.
• Hands-on mentality and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
