What you will do

• Source, vet, and connect with high-performing short-form content creators globally.
• Develop tailored strategies for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts to maximize audience engagement.
• Provide creative feedback on hooks, pacing, and CTAs to optimize video performance.
• Build and manage long-term relationships with creators and talent agencies.
• Lead negotiations regarding rates, deliverables, exclusivity, and usage rights.
• Analyze campaign costs and ROI to optimize marketing budgets.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing end-to-end influencer campaigns or creator partnerships.
• Strong ability to build relationships and turn collaborations into long-term brand ambassadorships.
• Native understanding of the short-form video ecosystem (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).
• Advanced negotiation skills and a data-driven approach to commercial decisions.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage budgets effectively.
• English: Excellent proficiency required
