Salary: €2,100–€2,800 per month + bonuses

What you will do
- Source, vet, and connect with high-performing short-form content creators globally.
- Develop tailored strategies for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts to maximize audience engagement.
- Provide creative feedback on hooks, pacing, and CTAs to optimize video performance.
- Build and manage long-term relationships with creators and talent agencies.
- Lead negotiations regarding rates, deliverables, exclusivity, and usage rights.
- Analyze campaign costs and ROI to optimize marketing budgets.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing end-to-end influencer campaigns or creator partnerships.
- Strong ability to build relationships and turn collaborations into long-term brand ambassadorships.
- Native understanding of the short-form video ecosystem (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).
- Advanced negotiation skills and a data-driven approach to commercial decisions.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage budgets effectively.
- English: Excellent proficiency required
