What you will do

• Maintain, monitor, and optimize internal IT systems, networks, and hardware.
• Configure and manage devices, software, operating systems, and user accounts.
• Automate repetitive tasks and manual processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Implement IT infrastructure upgrades, software patches, and system configurations.
• Support team members with hardware, software, and account-related technical issues.
• Develop and maintain IT documentation and internal knowledge bases.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT Administration within a modern hybrid or remote environment.
• Strong experience with Windows and macOS (Jamf) administration, including deployment and scripting.
• Practical knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, and firewall management.
• Proficiency in Office 365 and Azure AD device management.
• Understanding of cybersecurity practices and familiarity with ISO 27001 or NIST.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and proficiency in English are required.
