Location: Hybrid in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

What you will do

• Receive and process order requests from employers and sales teams
• Enter and manage data accurately in internal systems
• Build and manage schedules for field representatives
• Coordinate meetings with customers
• Provide ongoing support to field representatives and resolve operational challenges
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless market execution

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication in Hebrew, English, and Russian – mandatory
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and quick learning of internal systems
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with initiative
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environment
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders
