What you will do
- Provide expert technical advice and solutions for the most complex product issues.
- Troubleshoot, investigate, and reproduce technically challenging bugs in a lab environment.
- Collaborate with R&D to ensure timely bug fixes in minor and major releases.
- Establish and maintain technical processes, procedures, and documentation.
- Mentor group members by providing high-level technical expertise.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in a technical support role.
- Hands-on expertise in OS (Windows, Linux, Android, iOS) and scripting (Bash, Python, C#).
- Knowledge of computer forensics, file/database structures, and analysis tools (SQL, HEX reader).
- Experience with SaaS support, Cloud basics (tenancy, SSO, RBAC), and Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
- High level of English proficiency, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with AI tools and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
