What you will do

• Refine rough UI flows into cohesive, high-trust product experiences.
• Build and maintain reusable UI patterns including layouts, navigation, tables, and forms.
• Implement robust data-fetching and server-state patterns such as pagination, caching, and optimistic updates.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to shape clean and scalable API contracts.
• Raise the bar on UI correctness, handling edge cases, accessibility, and responsive behavior.
• Own the product feel by optimizing micro-interactions and latency masking.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building modern web UIs with React and TypeScript.
• Strong fundamentals in CSS, with experience in Tailwind.
• Proven track record of shipping data-heavy workflows involving filtering and pagination.
• Strong product taste with an ability to fix unclear hierarchies and confusing flows.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.
• Must be based in or be able to work hybrid from San Jose, CA; Overland Park, KS; or Sarasota, FL

Nice to have

• Experience with design systems and component libraries like Storybook.
• Deep expertise with TanStack Query.
• Experience in performance optimization for data-dense views (virtualization).
• Implementation of real-time UI patterns using websockets or streaming updates.
• Familiarity with Enterprise SaaS, DevTools, or security products.
